Buki Alao is a consultant and student of power who works with leaders operating at the edge of their capacity. She designs interventions for the internal architecture that governs how authority is used, claimed, and recognized in high-stakes environments.
With a background spanning financial data, technology, and organizational leadership, Buki has spent nearly two decades observing the invisible scripts that high-performing women follow. Her work at archē is born from a singular observation: that performance limits are rarely about a lack of skill, but rather the settled beliefs about what a leader is allowed to occupy. Through the belief architecture methodology and live workshops, she helps leaders see the architecture they have inherited and rebuild it to support the scale of the authority they now hold.
